It seems like Marvel is taking the right steps in the revamping of their characters in October.  As seen on Newsarama.com, readers get a preview of the new Iron Man and I gotta say it looks damn good.  In the Invincible Iron Man run, the  whole armor would come from the hollow of Tony Stark’s bones. I was never really a big fan of that because I always though it would be too heavy or too much to hide internally. Even with the suit being made from an upgrade to the extremist armor, I still found it hard to suspend my disbelief.

The Marvel Now! Iron Man suit looks like it comes from some type of liquid metal or liquid Nanites that form externally around the body.  I think that’s incredible and it shows technological advancements of Stark Enterprises or Stark Resilient.

From what it looks like in presentation, Iron Man is going into a bold direction without erasing the history of the character (or so they say)… DC claimed the same thing but you could tell they were doing the opposite.  So far Marvel Now! Looks like an upgrade and what better way to show that upgrade than through Iron Man.  Iron Man will be written by Kieron Gillen and drawn by Greg Land.
