In June, I posted an article that showed the great fan made Man of Steel poster by Daniele Moretti aka Medusone. He also designed a full suit for it that captured a more epic feel that Superman Returns lacked. I thought his designs would be a good start to the new Superman film.
I guess Hollywood thinks the same way… as Medusone.
We’ve seen the new costume for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel movie and I think it looks great, but it coincidentally resembles Moretti’s designs. Moretti sent Geekmode a diagram of how the suits are similar (picture above), not to mention that his designs are months BEFORE the Henry Cavill picture dropped.
It always puzzled me whenever I saw great fan made teaser trailers or fan made posters, that Hollywood couldn’t do the same. As Moretti points out the producers and director may be thinking similar to him… and that is thinking like a fan.
